Filling out our Price Guarantee form is quick and easy! Simply enter your Company Name, Contact Name, Email, and Telephone Number, then provide a brief summary of the product you’d like us to match. To support your request, upload a file—this can be a phone photograph or a competitor’s quote. Once submitted, our customer service team will review your request and respond within two hours during standard business hours (Monday to Friday). Requests made on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once the claim is verified and approved, an electronic invoice reflecting the adjusted price will be sent to the customer. After payment is received, the ordered items will be promptly shipped to the provided address.
